You KNOW that the first part of any exercise routine is the warm up, but….
This is no ordinary warm up routine!
In fact it is completely contrary to what you may have done before for archery. Some people try stretching, some people try wild arm swinging, some people don’t bother EVER!
To be honest with you, I have been one of those guys that did nothing. EVER.
However my time as a fitness professional has taught me a thing or two about warming up and its true purpose.
